New Orleans is packed with history, Creole cuisine, distinct music, festivals and much much more!
If you love history New Orleans is the place for you. Founded in 1718 by French colonists and being traded to the United States in the Louisiana Purchase of 1803. New Orleans has such an unique feeling. One minute you can be on Bourbon Street drinking a Hurricane then the next you're eating beignets at Café Du Monde.
I personally love the cemeteries. Lafayette Cemetery No.1 has to be my favorite. Located in the Garden District it is one of the oldest city governed cemeteries. With close to 500 wall vaults and 1,000 family tombs brings the total resident to over 7,000 people.
Come to New Orleans, your new favorite city.
